2. Educational Services & Subscriptions

Testletter provides digital English learning materials, audio exercises, diagnostic feedback reports, and structured training programs designed for students preparing for examinations (such as Hong Kong DSE). Services are delivered on a weekly subscription or cohort training basis.

3. User Accounts & Fair Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and learning assets. All learning materials, PDFs, audio recordings, and feedback documents provided by Testletter are exclusively for individual personal use. Unauthorized sharing, public distribution, resale, or commercial reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the learning content, teaching frameworks, audio scripts, software interfaces, and brand assets remain the sole property of Redview Limited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
